Skip the hiring hall:
Immediate openings for full-time Assistant Engineers for its fleet of seven self-unloading dry bulk carriers operating on the Great Lakes.

Get home more often:  These particular assignments have set rotations of 4 weeks on 4 off for the balance of the Great Lakes navigation season which concludes around mid January.

Sailing on the Great Lakes – close to home and close to family and loved ones:
Benefits of sailing close to home include being in cellular telephone range most of the time so you can keep in touch.  Also, ships are always within range of US satellite TV.

Masters, Mates, and Pilots Membership:
Engine Officers will become members of the MMP.  As such, full-time Engine Officers will receive excellent MMP health, dental, and optical insurance.  In addition, MMP members have access to the world-class MITAGS training facility in Baltimore, MD.

Our company is a relatively new and expanding company on the US-flag Great Lakes dry bulk cargo scene.  GRN started business in late 2000 with one ship.
Today seven vessels sail under the GRN flag.  With expansion comes opportunity for advancement.  Our only question is, are you ready to grow with us?
