Job Description: Captain, Master 1600 GT, Radar and Ocean Endorsements; License must contain VSO and Emergency First Responder Endorsement, STCW Certificate with all required endorsements; FCC and GMDSS Operator License. Overall in command of the vessel and fully accountable for all aspects of its operations and management. As per Masters Overriding Authority, responsible for the safe efficient operation of the vessel with full responsibility for Vessel, Crew, Cargo and Environment. Is the company’s onboard agent in all respects for business concerning the vessel and its cargo. EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED Full time with competitive pay and full benefits including 401k company match All travel to and from hitch paid. |
