Job Description: Towing Company/Shipyard located in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager of Operations for their headquarters location. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: 2 years experience working in an Operations Center, Veteran or Ex-Military with service, knowledge of Local and Federal regulations pertinent to the maritime industry, general knowledge of marine systems and equipment, proficiency with Microsoft Office Software Suite, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work well with staff and vessel crew members and ability to deal with others using courtesy, tact and good judgement.
